OUR POLICY:
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays, rescheduling and cancellations can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 3 hours notice.
No Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without calling to cancel or reschedule are considered a No Show and will be subject to a No Show fee in the amount equal to the reserved service.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation made less than 3 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 50% of the reserved services.
RESCHEDULE
Any appointments rescheduled less than 3 hours will result in a rescheduling fee. The amount of the fee will be 50% of the reserved services.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment. The rescheduling fee will be charged to your card on file.
LATE
If you are more than 15mins late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same rescheduling fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
